You are buying a Replacement Service Not a New iPhone 6s, 6s+,7, or 7+ . You will have to send us your old bad IEMI or bad ESN iPhone and then we will send you a new one back as long as it meets all requirements.
 
WHAT TO EXPECT ?
 
We are providing you with a BRAND NEW iPhone with a CLEAN esn/imei.
This is for the phone only, no box or accessories will be sent. 
The iPhone that you receive has never been used and comes with the factory plastic seal.
The condition of your iPhone can be used, with light scratches or light surface scuffs.

What's not accepted ?
 Any heavy dents, big nicks, cracked, tampered, repaired phones or liquid/water damaged iPhone. 
If your phone has been opened, tampered/unoriginal parts this will be considered damage to us. 
No liquid damaged phones will be accepted at all.
We also cannot swap any iPhones that have an ACTIVATION LOCK. If your iPhone is asking for an Apple ID and Password during the activation process, MAKE SURE (FIND MY PHONE APP) IS NOT ACTIVE and turned off.
You will get back the Same Exact Model, Same Carrier, Same Color iPhone you submit to us. We do not do any upgrade or exchanges and we can't take requests.
 
THE PROCESS ?
 
Buyer sends the bad IMEI or Serial # of the iPhone. Shipping Address will be sent to you through the eBay messaging system or by text after payment is received. 
Ship it with tracking number and a note with your eBay ID and return address please add insurance.
 Please do not send any accessories or SIM card. Only send us the iPhone.
 When we receive your iPhone , we will begin the swap process and ship out a new clean ESN/IMEI iPhone 6s 6s+ or 7 and 7 Plus.
Once you receive your brand new clean iPhone, you can activate it on the original network.
 
NOTE :- If the device you send us has a Activation Lock or iCloud lock, or any modifications, excessive damages, liquid damage there will be a no refund  and your phone will be returned to you with swap service being conducted in the original state you sent the iPhone 6s, 6s+ or 7, 7+ to us.
